This page explains how the Windows app Cloud Gaming AutoLogin (the "App") provided by 3810 PRODUCTION ("we") handles user information.
1About the App
- The App detects the login screen of games played on GeForce NOW and clicks and types your ID and password following the steps you registered. It is not affiliated with NVIDIA Corporation or any game publisher.
- There is no account registration. We do not collect any personal information through the App.
2No data sent out
- The App does not send information anywhere on the internet, including to our servers. Capturing the screen and comparing it with your registered screens happen only on your PC.
- The ID and password the App types reach the game's login screen through GeForce NOW, just as if you had typed them yourself. How they are handled from there is governed by the privacy policies of NVIDIA and each game publisher.
3Storing your ID and password
- Your registered ID and password are stored only in Windows Credential Manager, where Windows keeps them tied to your Windows user account.
- They are never included in the App's settings file or in exported files (.cgalogin).
4Settings and captured screens
- Your login steps and other settings, and the captured login screen images, are stored only in the App's settings folder on your PC.
- An exported settings file contains the steps and the captured screen images. Because an email address or other information may be visible on those screens, please check the contents yourself before giving the file to anyone.
5Analytics, ads and sale of data
- The App contains no analytics or advertising SDKs or tools.
- We do not sell user information.
6Deleting data
- When you uninstall the App, you can choose whether to delete or keep your settings, captured screens and saved IDs and passwords.
- You can also remove any saved IDs and passwords yourself from Windows Credential Manager.
7Information you send us by email
Your email address and the content of your message, when you contact us by email, are handled under the 3810 PRODUCTION Privacy Policy (basic policy, Japanese). Please do not include your ID or password in your message.
