This is an English translation for reference. The Japanese version is the official text and prevails in case of any difference.
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the Chrome extension Post Image Zipper (including Pro; the "Extension") provided by 3810 PRODUCTION ("we"). By using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
1About the Extension
- The Extension saves the images in Patreon posts you can view into a zip file on your computer.
- The Extension is made independently by us. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Patreon, Inc.
- The Extension relies on internal mechanisms that Patreon does not publish. If Patreon changes them, some or all features may stop working without notice (Section 5).
2Pro license
- Pro is a one-time purchase. One license key, issued at purchase, works on up to 3 computers.
- You are responsible for keeping your license key. You may not transfer, lend, share or resell it.
- If we determine that a key is used against the previous item, or that the license check has been bypassed or modified, we may disable the key without a refund.
- Price, payment and refunds follow the legal notice.
3Prohibited conduct
When using the Extension, you must not:
- redistribute, sell or publish saved images without the creator's permission;
- use saved images for commercial purposes;
- violate Patreon's terms or the rights (including copyright) of creators or third parties;
- put excessive load on Patreon or our servers, or modify the Extension to shorten the interval between requests;
- do anything else that violates laws or public order.
4Saved images
The rights to saved images belong to the creators and other rights holders. You handle saved images at your own responsibility, for personal and non-commercial enjoyment only, in line with Patreon's terms and the creator's rules. Any dispute between you and a rights holder or other third party is to be resolved between those parties.
5Changes to Patreon
- Some or all features of the Extension may stop working because of reasons beyond our control, such as changes to Patreon, access restrictions or service outages.
- We will try to update the Extension in such cases, but we do not guarantee that we can do so, or when. The Extension may remain unusable while you wait for an update, or if we cannot fix it.
- As a rule, we do not give refunds because the Extension stopped working for the reasons above (refunds follow the legal notice).
6Changes and end of the Extension
- We may change the Extension, or suspend or end its development, updates, support or license verification. If we end it, we will announce this on the product page where possible.
- If we end license verification, we will try to provide a way for existing purchasers to keep using Pro features, but we do not guarantee this.
- We are not liable for damage caused to you by the above beyond the scope of Section 7.
7Disclaimer
- The Extension is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits your purpose, has the features, accuracy or usefulness you expect, can save every image, or works without interruption or defects.
- We are not liable for damage caused by outages, changes or defects of external services or software such as Patreon, Google Chrome or Stripe, by problems with networks or computers, by natural disasters, or by other events beyond our control.
- If our breach of obligation or tort causes you damage, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability for slight negligence is limited to ordinary and direct damage actually incurred, up to JPY 1,000.
- The above applies to the extent permitted by law where the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other laws do not allow our liability to be excluded or limited.
8Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when necessary. Before a change takes effect, we will announce the change and its effective date on this page and on the product page. If you use the Extension on or after the effective date, you agree to the changed Terms.
9Governing law and jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
- The district court or summary court having jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the Extension.
