This is an English translation for reference. The Japanese version is the official text and prevails in case of any difference.
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the Windows app Cloud Gaming AutoLogin (the "App") provided by 3810 PRODUCTION ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1About the App
- The App detects the login screen of games played on GeForce NOW and clicks and types your ID and password following the steps you registered.
- The App is made independently by us. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NVIDIA Corporation or any game publisher.
- The App only looks at the screen shown on your PC and sends mouse and keyboard input. It does not modify the files or network traffic of any game or of GeForce NOW.
- The App relies on how the screens of GeForce NOW and each game look. If they change, some or all features may stop working without notice (Section 5).
2Free of charge
The App is provided free of charge. We will not ask you to pay for using the App.
3Terms of other services and your accounts
- You must check the terms of GeForce NOW and of each game you use the App with, and use the App only in ways that do not violate them. If a game's terms forbid third-party tools or automation, do not use the App with that game.
- We do not guarantee that using the App complies with the terms of GeForce NOW or any game.
- Using the App may lead the operator of a service to suspend or restrict your account, delete data, or take other adverse action. You decide whether to use the App with this understanding, and our liability for such consequences is limited to the scope of Section 7.
- The IDs and passwords you register are stored on your PC. You are responsible for managing your PC and Windows account, including when you share the PC with others.
4Prohibited conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- log in to another person's account without their permission;
- use the App in ways that violate the terms of GeForce NOW or any game;
- redistribute or sell the App without our permission, or distribute a modified version of it;
- do anything else that violates laws or public order.
5Changes to GeForce NOW and games
- Some or all features of the App may stop working because of reasons beyond our control, such as changes to the specifications or screens of GeForce NOW or a game, Windows updates, or service outages.
- We will try to update the App in such cases, but we do not guarantee that we can do so, or when.
6Changes and end of the App
- We may change the App, or suspend or end its development, updates, distribution or support. If we end it, we will announce this on the product page where possible.
- We are not liable for damage caused to you by the above beyond the scope of Section 7.
7Disclaimer
- The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits your purpose, has the features, accuracy or usefulness you expect, can log in to every game, never clicks or types something unintended, or works without interruption or defects.
- We are not liable for damage caused by outages, changes or defects of external services or software such as GeForce NOW, games or Windows, by problems with networks or computers, by natural disasters, or by other events beyond our control.
- If our breach of obligation or tort causes you damage, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability for slight negligence is limited to ordinary and direct damage actually incurred, up to JPY 1,000.
- The above applies to the extent permitted by law where the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other laws do not allow our liability to be excluded or limited.
8Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when necessary. Before a change takes effect, we will announce the change and its effective date on this page and on the product page. If you use the App on or after the effective date, you agree to the changed Terms.
9Governing law and jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
- The district court or summary court having jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the App.
