These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Post Image Zipper for Safari, the iPhone, iPad and Mac app provided by 3810 PRODUCTION ("we"), including its Safari extension and Pro (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Matters not covered here are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1About the App
- The App saves images from Patreon posts you can view to Photos, Files or a zip file in Safari.
- The App is made independently by us. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Patreon, Inc.
- The App relies on internal mechanisms that Patreon does not publish. If Patreon changes them, some or all features may stop working without notice (Section 5).
2Pro
- Pro is a one-time App Store in-app purchase. It works on iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in with the same Apple Account. On another device, use "Restore Purchases".
- Pro is separate from the license for Post Image Zipper for Chrome and Firefox. They cannot be used in place of each other.
- Prices, payment and refunds follow App Store rules. Please request refunds from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
3Prohibited conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Redistribute, sell or publish saved images without the creator's permission
- Use saved images for commercial purposes
- Violate Patreon's terms or the rights (including copyright) of creators or others
- Put excessive load on Patreon's or our servers, or modify the App to shorten its request intervals
- Circumvent or tamper with the Pro check
- Do anything else that breaks the law or public order
4Saved images
Rights to saved images belong to the creators and other rights holders. Use saved images only for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, following Patreon's terms and each creator's rules, at your own responsibility. Any dispute between you and rights holders or other third parties is to be resolved between those parties.
5Changes on Patreon
- Changes to Patreon's specifications, access restrictions, service outages and other events beyond our control may make some or all features unavailable.
- We will try to update the App in such cases, but we do not guarantee that we can, or when. The App may remain unusable while you wait for an update, or if no update is possible.
6Changes to and end of the App
- We may change the App or suspend or end its development, updates, support or distribution. If we end it, we will announce it on the App's page where possible.
- We are not liable for damages arising from the above beyond the scope of Section 7.
7Disclaimer
- The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits your purpose, has the features, accuracy or usefulness you expect, can save every image, or runs without interruption or defects.
- We are not liable for damages caused by outages, specification changes or defects in external services or software such as Patreon, Safari, iOS, iPadOS, macOS and App Store, by network or device problems, by natural disasters, or by other events beyond our control.
- If you suffer damage from our breach of obligation or tort, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability for ordinary negligence is limited to ordinary and direct damages actually incurred, up to 1,000 Japanese yen.
- The above applies to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contract Act and other laws that do not allow our liability to be excluded or limited.
8Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Before a change takes effect, we will announce the change and its effective date on this page and on the App's page. If you use the App on or after that date, you agree to the changed Terms.
9Governing law and jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
- The district court or summary court with jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the App.
